This is a Soto Zen directory of online zazen to help us practice together from anywhere, for those living far from a practice center. Zen is a practice free from any dogma, open to all regardless of religious or political beliefs.

Scheduling a time in your personal calendar and making it a regular appointment means engaging in a strong collective practice that forms the foundation of daily life.

Online zazen does not replace practicing in a dedicated space where a community (sangha) resides: the Zen path is lived through every activity, individually and collectively. Zenzoom simply connects the wider sangha, transcending spatial and temporal boundaries.

Practicing zazen online requires a solid understanding of posture. The best way to learn is by receiving an introduction at a practice center. If accessing such a place is challenging, introductory sessions can be found, for example: zazen (sotoshu) zazen (hazy moon zen center)
